More Miles (and Money)

You can expect to see between 5,000 and 6,000 miles per week. Racking up miles like that means you'll be bringing home bigger paychecks. In fact, teams are among the highest compensated drivers at Schneider, with many earning over $70,000 a year.

Experienced Drivers:

• $8,000 sign-on bonus for Van Teams until June 30, 2013
• Up to $.49 per mile*
• Quarterly performance bonuses available

Recent Truck Driving School Grads:

• $6,000 sign-on bonus for Van Teams until June 30, 2013
• Up to $.34 per mile for the first six months*

Team Matching Program

Want to drive Team, but don’t have a co-driver? Schneider’s Team Matching Program is designed to pair you up with a driver who has similar preferences.

Train Your Partner Program

Know someone who would make a good driving partner? Train him or her to be your co-driver through Schneider’s Train Your Partner program.

Team Mentoring Program

When you join Schneider’s Team division, you'll be assigned a pair of Team Mentors. These mentors are current or previous top-performing Schneider Teams. They've been in your shoes and are ready to support you along the way.
