Equipment

Pull double trailers

We’re constantly striving to make work better and safer for our drivers by investing in new tractors and trailers. Schneider Teams drive the newest equipment — in fact, the average age of a Team truck is eight months. You also have the option to choose automatic or manual transmission when you sign-on as a Team truck driver. Some of our Team driving jobs offer the option of pulling double trailers.

Work-Life Balance

Driving with Schneider’s Team division is like being on a road trip with a good friend. You’ll get paid to travel the country, enjoying spectacular views from the comfort of your cab — then head home to take a break. Whether you're a truck driving school graduate or a 20-year veteran, you'll enjoy some of the best home time opportunities in the Team trucking industry:

  • Run 2 Weeks >> Home 3 Days
  • Run 3 Weeks >> Home 4 Days
  • Run 4 Weeks >> Home 5 Days

“Team driving is a perfect fit for us – we always get the miles we need but also benefit from the home time.”
- Joe and Sharon Nader, team drivers
