Search and Apply Office CareersWhere else can you make your mark on something so huge? We don’t just mean our big orange trucks. We mean the fact that those trucks and trailers help move the U.S. and global economy.
Schneider National started with just one truck in 1935. Today, it's a $3.5 billion industry-leading company. But we never forget our humble roots. At Schneider, you'll get the best of both worlds: the benefits of working for a big, dynamic company with a small, family-like atmosphere.
And did we mention that we hire young professionals and people fresh out of college? All you need is the willingness to learn; we'll provide the training to help you succeed. Here are a few roles that are most popular with recent graduates:
Rotational Leadership Program (RLP)
We are developing a pipeline of passionate and innovative leaders through the Rotational Leadership Program. You'll go through a hands-on curriculum to learn about Schneider — what we do, the way we operate and how you can make a difference here. At the end of your rotation, you'll launch an exciting career at Schneider.
Schneider Transportation Management (STM)
Transportation Management, also known as brokerage, positions play an integral part in the success of the organization. You’ll develop and maintain client relationships, offering custom solutions to satisfy your client's needs, while delivering outstanding service.
Driver Business Leader (DBL)
The Driver Business Leader is a key link between the business, drivers and customers. In this role, you'll gain a broad base of industry knowledge and experience that will prepare you for endless opportunities within Schneider. If you're a hardworking individual looking to gain hands-on management experience, this is the career for you.
Fleet Manager (FM)
As a Fleet Manager, you'll be involved in the daily processes and activities for all aspects of an Intermodal movement (i.e., both rail and dray). You'll also get to work with specific Intermodal customers, like national accounts or new account startups.
There are countless Schneider associates who started in an entry-level position, challenged themselves to think bigger and worked their way up to where they are today. This is just one example:

“Keep an open mind when considering potential career paths. In my experience, opportunity exists even in places where you least expect it.”
