We think owner-operators make great driver trainers. If you have a potential team partner interested in driving with you, but he or she lacks driving experience, take advantage of Schneider’s Owner-Operator Team Sponsorship Program. You can train your team partner once you have leased with Schneider for at least 90 days and have successfully completed the Training Engineer course. To qualify, your team partner must hold a valid CDL and must have graduated from truck driving school within the last three months.
