Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Financial Systems Team Leader in Green Bay to lead the Financial Systems Reporting Team. The Financial Systems Team Leader will oversee Schneider’s businesses processes and provide insight to drive business intelligence and governance across data and reporting. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leadership, guidance and training to direct reports. 
  • Conceptualize, generate, analyze and distribute functional dashboards, reports and key performance indicators. 
  • Ensure financial reporting compliance with laws, regulations, accounting principles, internal controls and company policies. 
  • Act as a liaison between the tech and finance teams. 
  • Lead project management and testing for system changes and review results with leaders. 
  • Present reporting and technology solutions to address business issues for internal and external customers. 
  • Oversee data retention, archiving of financial information and documentation of financial reporting policies and procedures. 

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or information systems. 
  • 4-6 years of financial systems experience. 
  • Experience with business intelligence software. 
  • Knowledge of programming methodologies, such as object-oriented programming and sequential processing. 
  • Knowledge of programming techniques, such as functions, loops and conditional statements. 
  • Experience with Cloud ERP systems. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • Excellent leadership skills.
