Originally from Texas, Lance has been with Schneider since 2004, holding a wide variety of roles, including operations manager in warehousing, operations manager small business owner-operators and ultimately into Intermodal operations. He led Schneider’s Intermodal operations in the Southwest, including Dallas and Houston, Texas, before moving to Schneider’s largest Intermodal hub in Chicago.
