Q. Why would I want to work for a trucking company?
A. Transportation is an industry that always has been and always will be needed. Schneider moves almost 19,400 loads each day for businesses across the U.S., so it's safe to say that our 18,000+ associates directly affect the economy. We are the quiet force behind the movement of goods across the world. You could be part of that — which is pretty cool when you think about it. If you want a job where you can be passionate about what you do and make your mark on something huge, you'll fit in perfectly at Schneider.

A. YES. Our number one core value is Safety First and Always. We take that very seriously to ensure that you enjoy a safe work environment in the shop. We attribute a large piece of that reputation to the skilled diesel technicians who keep our trucks well-maintained and out on the road. If safety isn't important to you, Schneider is not the place for you.
