MLS Operations associates work directly with drivers, suppliers and customers to ensure freight gets where it needs to go and are responsible for monitoring drivers’ performance. They also develop training programs for company drivers and training personnel. High-performing Operations associates have exceptional relationship-building skills and conflict resolution skills.
Operations roles include: Terminal Manager, Dispatcher, Trade Compliance Specialist and Director of Safety
Overseeing hiring, disciplinary, employee leave and other employment decisions to ensure compliance with company policy falls under the responsibility of Human Resources associates at MLS. HR associates also handle benefits administration and DOT driver qualifications. Individuals who are detail-oriented and well organized are best fit for these roles.
