Develop and manage business relationships that fosters ongoing growth and value
Have the autonomy to create and execute strategic plans that will increase growth and profitably
Develop a thorough understanding of the customers supply chain in order to identify and sell continuous improvement opportunities
Set direction for an exceptional driver experience and driver development through performance management
Set optimal capacity planning to meet business goals
Utilize internal network to collaborate on strategic solutions to improve business metrics and performance
Provide input to market direction for future business growth
Provide input to quarterly strategic account reviews
Our preferred candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of equivalent experience
- Strong experience in leadership, planning, organizing, and creative solutioning
