Schneider has an immediate need for a Client Service and Operations Manager to join our thriving team.  In this role you will develop, grow and maintain mutually productive business relationships with our customers. You will do this through creation of strategic plans that provide value to both the customer and Schneider. You will be located on-site with a customer and lead an operational team accountable for best-in-class execution of the customers business not only on a day-to-day basis but with an ongoing eye to the future for continued growth. 
In this role you will have Customer, Operations, leadership and business accountabilities: 
In partnering with the Customer, you will: 
  • Develop and manage business relationships that fosters ongoing growth and value 
  • Have the autonomy to create and execute strategic plans that will increase growth and profitably 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customers supply chain in order to identify and sell continuous improvement opportunities  
In collaboration with Operations, you will:  
  • Set direction for an exceptional driver experience and driver development through performance management 
  • Set optimal capacity planning to meet business goals 
  • Utilize internal network to collaborate on strategic solutions to improve business metrics and performance 
In cohesion with the Business, you will:   
  • Provide input to market direction for future business growth 
  • Provide input to quarterly strategic account reviews

Our preferred candidate will have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of equivalent experience 
  • Strong experience in leadership, planning, organizing, and creative solutioning
