Are you looking for a role where you can put your process automation skills to work? Schneider is seeking a creative and process driven Operations Systems Administrator to be responsible for delivering automated processes defined and prioritized by the business. You will solve issues that arise in the running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions. You will work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the Automation Manager accordingly and provide input to the change control process. You support the Operational Teams during all phases of testing and production.
About the role:
- Outline process solutions in accordance with the Governance guiding principles and standard principles and conventions.
- Configure processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Collaborate with colleagues providing advice and guidance on standard methodology and development techniques.
- Communicate with Automation Manager on software related issues and suggested improvements.
- Craft and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT.
- Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Our ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, plus two to-four years process automation experience
One to two years experience developing and testing software preferred
Working knowledge of Blue Prism, Python, SQL, Data Modeling and Visual Basic
