Schneider Enterprise Resources, LLC has an opening for IT Solution Developer II in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Apply system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems. Analyze, design develop, and maintain custom program code and applications to support business processes and functions. Work on elements of large, complex applications and perform work on assignments or projects that are moderate to large in size, scope, or complexity. Work independently on advanced projects and with oversight on complex works or projects. Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, document, and support solution systems through new system development, enhancements of exiting systems, or implementation of third-party products. Perform tasks of intermediate complexity relating to the design and development of solutions requiring design patterns, performance considerations, and supportability by others. Work with other team members in the full software development life cycle. Develop and document project design requirements that promote reuse, flexibility, scalability, reliability, maintainability, security, and adherence to Schneider’s software development process and architectural standards. Support the resolution of deployment, warranty, and post-warranty issues and defects and other domain related design or solution problems. Additionally, use Schneider’s Agile methodology to deliver user stories based on committed timeframes and provide feedback to team members and other stakeholders on defining features and user stories for future sprints.

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related. In the alternative, will accept two years of related IT experience. 

Must have academic or work experience with:

1- Java-based software development;
2- Full software development life cycle;
3- Systems design, development, development patterns, quality assurance and integration methodologies;
4- Creating UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; and
5- Agile/Scrum project management processes.
