Schneider is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our thriving team! You will be accountable for identifying, designing, developing, and executing continuous improvements in service to the customer(s) as well as maintain customer retention and business results for Schneider. You will problem solve with customers and work closely with a variety of internal teams to identify the most significant issues for focus and resolution for our customers. You will work to have a comprehensive understanding of all customer facing processes, systems and equipment used in daily operations.  This role can be based out of Green Bay WI, Rancho Cucamonga CA, or Grapevine TX.

About the role:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer supply chain to identify and sell continuous improvement solutions that provide value to the customer
  • Accountable for customer experience (service engagement, responsiveness, ease of doing business, value)
  • Seeks opportunities to promote capabilities through reporting analyses and identification of key trends to sell additional services and grow the account
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Four plus years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to gain knowledge of customer business to provide input to commercial plan
