Schneider is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join our thriving team! You are accountable for leading multiple maintenance service site locations within a specified region. This includes leading the maintenance technicians. Responsibilities include support of increasing line of business satisfaction, lowering the cost of repairs, and increasing equipment availability. This role will include travel to the various sites.
About the role:
- Support and lead Schneider's core value of safety first and always. Addressing any unsafe behaviors, auditing for safety compliance, and ensuring all visitors to the site are safe.
- Accountable for equipment availability and repair decisions for fleet units.
- Work order audits and performance audits of associates.
- Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidates will have:
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience. Two to Four years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience as a Diesel Technician/Mechanic preferred
- Problem solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work in a diverse and dynamic team.
