Schneider’s Transportation Management (STM) Team is seeking energetic and self-motivated Sales Operations Interns to join our team in Green Bay, WI in June for our summer internship. In this role you will apply classroom knowledge to real-world experiences by assisting several departments including Carrier Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management, all while working in a fun and face paced environment.


  • Negotiation and quoting carriers to ensure shipments are picked up and delivered on time.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and begin building your personal book of business.
  • Communicate and network with associates across all levels of the organization.
  • Build strong relationships while delivering results to both internal and external customers.
  • Learn from subject matter experts to enhance your knowledge of the Transportation and Logistics industry. 

Skills and qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in college or technical school and have completed your Freshman year.
  • Pursing a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday; 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, June – August.
  • Proven critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
