Midwest Logistics Systems (MLS), is seeking a Safety Manager to join our team based in either San Antonio or Little Rock! You will be responsible for monitoring drivers electronic logs and available hours of service. In addition, you will assist Regional Managers and General Counsel with accident investigation and compilation of information and documents.

About the Role:

  • Assist Recruiters in recruiting efforts and application/qualification file review process of all new hires.
  • Daily monitoring of safety data provided by on-board cameras and behavior detection.
  • Provide initial and follow up safety training for drivers within region.
  • Assist Regional Managers in application/qualification file review process of all lease drivers.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of driver safety materials, including annual safety meetings.

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Minimum of four years relevant work experience.
  • Travel will be required - could be up to 50%.
