It’s been more than 20 years since Schneider launched the Advantage Club to recognize and reward individuals who have served at least three consecutive years as company drivers.
The Advantage Club’s focus is to celebrate the hard work and dedication our drivers display every day. It’s also a chance for the company to thank a group of associates who do one of the most demanding jobs in our organization.
About the Schneider Advantage Club
Schneider drivers don’t have to apply for membership in the Advantage Club. They are automatically enrolled on their third anniversary. The club is just one piece of Schneider’s broader driver loyalty program.
Drivers receive a letter in the mail the month following their third anniversary, containing information about the program and a membership badge. At this point, drivers can begin taking advantage of club discounts and drawings.

- Lawn mowers.
- Opportunities to ride in the Goodyear blimp.
- Opportunities to attend professional sporting events.
Advantage Club members have enjoyed their time at Major League Baseball game and NASCAR races. They have even attended Green Bay Packers games and sat in the Schneider skybox.
The best part about the events is that drivers are treated like royalty (as they should be). All trips include hotel stays, and drivers can bring a guest for an authentic VIP experience.
