As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will ensure our organization's payments are processed accurately, efficiently and on time for our customers and suppliers. You will collaborate with a variety of departments and provide successful resolutions on all engagements.

Accounts Receivable Representative

As an Accounts Receivable Representative, your primary role is to reduce the outstanding receivables by utilizing various collection techniques. You will troubleshoot to understand the root cause of all billing matters and create resolutions that assist our customers in staying current. As a Credit Specialist, you will protect the company's investment in Accounts Receivable by identifying the risk of delinquencies, looking into bad debt write-offs and creating opportunities for generating additional sales and profits. As a key stakeholder, our accountants prepare journal entries, complete reconciliations, review intercompany accounting and consult on various matters related to enterprise finance accounting.
