Job overview:     

Schneider is seeking a Digital Marketing Growth Analyst in Green Bay to drive acquisition, engagement and retention through the execution of data-driven marketing strategies and lifecycle marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Growth Analyst will optimize customer journeys, execute targeted paid media campaigns and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer lifetime value across digital channels.    

Responsibilities:    

  • Act as a bridge between marketing channels and technical execution, to ensure digital campaigns are optimized for performance, integration and innovation.    
  • Align digital and media channel activities to broader marketing campaigns and business goals to identify opportunities.    
  • Develop and present recommendations for opportunities and performance insights.    
  • Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click, cost per impression, search engine optimization, web engagement, etc.    
  • Oversee budget allocations and forecasting to maximize efficiency and return on investment.    
  • Develop testing strategies to improve performance.    
  • Support automated, multi-touch, targeted journey and digital marketing programs.    
  • Participate in discovery sessions and assist in defining business requirements through the use of data.    
  • Interpret user goals and priorities to substantiate campaign direction.    
  • Evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies, AI solutions and platform innovations to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency and support future business growth.    
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI and LookerStudio to analyze and optimize cross-channel campaigns and conversion performance. 

Skills and qualifications:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing    
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBI, LookerStudio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Heatmapping tools.    
  • Proficient in Ad Managers, DSP, CMS and marketing automation technology.    
  • Able to manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.    
  • Experience managing marketing budgets.    
  • Experience forecasting performance.
