Education reimbursement and personal development
We want all associates to grow within their careers. That’s why Schneider offers a Tuition Assistance Program for eligible full-time and part-time associates after six months of employment.
- Full-time associates can receive up to $5,000 annually with a $10,000 lifetime maximum,
- Part-time associates can receive up to $2,500 annually with a $5,000 lifetime maximum.
