Schneider is seeking an IT Product Development Manager to manage teams, technical projects, and product roadmaps for assigned products through the product's design, development, implementation, support, sustainment, and retirement. The focus of this position is to effectively manage resources and schedules to deliver prioritized commitments using approved methodologies and processes.  

About the role:

  • Lead multiple agile development teams containing associates and contractors using multiple onsite/offshore delivery models.
  • Assist in developing teams annual budget and forecasting spends.
  • Support Product Stewardship through management of problem tickets, enhancement requests and strategy discussions with vendors.
  • Create and sustain a high performance environment through your leadership processes and actions.
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, plus seven years of relevant experience
  • Effective and efficient oral and written communication skills
  • Innovative ways to blend ideas from a wide variety of individuals
  • The ability to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations
