Customer Service Representative

Schneider is seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to support  our office and account in completing administrative processes, resolving process exceptions, and monitoring and printing customer Load sheets and Bills of Lading. Occasionally, you may support the driver associates in order to achieve specific customer service and key factor goals.

About the role:

  • Respond to driver phone calls and messages
  • Resolve Transportation Management system Tracking Events including shipments past due
  • Track and report out late loads and high profile service tracking

As an associate you will receive competitve starting pay up to $19 per hour based on experience, plus an additional $1.25 per hour shift pay based on hours worked, a strong work/life balance that includes paid vacation and holidays along with paid personal time off. Ideal candidates will have:

  • High School/GED or equivalent work experience, customer service experience preferred
  • Effective listing, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
