Schneider is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join our thriving team! You will be responsible for the successful development and completion of learning deliverables. Using adult learning principles, design and develop training materials that appeal to the target audiences. Work with business partners to identify scenarios and tasks for the training. Incorporate business process information into the training tasks to ensure that training deliverables are accurate and easy to understand.
About the role:
  • Effectively determines the best delivery method (instructor-led, live web, self-paced online, infographic, reference, etc.) based on audience need.
  • Designs, develops, and updates curriculum in support of business objectives.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, formulate training requirements into a project plan, and execute against that plan to meet deadlines based on business need.
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidates will have: 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in instructional design methodology and applying adult learning concepts when creating training
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
