Schneider is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our thriving team! You will be responsibile to provide leadership and direction to a team of Inside Sellers that are focused solely on Business Development. In addition, you will be helping with the individual development of team members and delivering business results.

About the role:

  • Creation and execution of strategic plans to increase volume and price with customer to achieve organizational objectives
  • Regular joint sales calls to deliver corporate and industry messages to customers, address specific issues and assist in closing business
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline management, and volume realization
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Proven selling skills
  • Ability to create and sustain a high performance environment through your leadership processes and actions
