Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Print Technician in Green Bay, WI to work in the print and mail services center and be a subject matter expert on all things printing, mailing and shipping. The Print Technician will complete maintenance on equipment and assist customers with questions related to printing, scanning, copying and mailing.
Responsibilities:
- Produce printed products by operating print and finishing equipment.
- Create personalized materials to be mailed and shipped.
- Execute fulfillment, mailing and shipping duties.
- Handle dock receiving tasks safely and timely.
- Provide excellent customer service in the mail room.
- Maintain detailed files and records.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve equipment issues.
- Receive and distribute postal mail and packages.
- Manage the inventory of supplies in the mail room.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
