Job overview:     

Schneider is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Green Bay to lead market research and analysis initiatives that develop and maintain competitive compensation programs for the organization. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be a subject matter expert who acts as a consultant and advisor on all compensation-related tasks.    

Responsibilities:    

  • Administer broad-based and executive compensation processes.    
  • Develop reports and recommendations on compensation trends, to advocate for strategies that attract and retain top talent.    
  • Drive the full life cycle of compensation activities, including salary increase benchmarking, budget setting and salary planning.    
  • Respond to inquiries involving compensation, market competitiveness, job leveling and job description development.    
  • Assess existing compensation programs, policies and practices to ensure they adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.    
  • Create and maintain documentation, such as plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, trainings and processes.    

Skills and qualifications:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources finance or related field.    
  • A minimum of 5 years of compensation experience.    
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.    
  • Strong Excel skills.    
  • Can identify, research and resolve issues.    
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.    
  • Strong attention to detail.
