Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator in Green Bay to lead onboarding programs that provide a high-quality experience for associates. The Learning and Development Coordinator will also create new learning systems and perform audits of existing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the training and safety functions of the Maintenance and Equipment Engineering Departments.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports.
- Periodically perform system and process audits.
- Organize, analyze and present data for optimal business decision making.
- Have a deep understanding of Schneider’s learning management system.
- Develop and test new processes within Schneider’s learning management system.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree in business administration, education, learning and development or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
