Job overview:     

Schneider is seeking a Senior MarTech Developer in Green Bay to enable marketing strategies and operations by developing and implementing marketing technologies and platforms. The Senior MarTech Developer will collaborate with marketing and technology partners to deliver scalable digital experiences, enhance automation capabilities, oversee customer data management and develop analytics solutions.    

Responsibilities:    

  • Lead the development of cross-platform automations and integrations that unify web, email and marketing technologies and enable personalized, scalable digital experiences and operational efficiency.    
  • Configure, customize and optimize marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, content management systems (CMS) and other marketing technologies.     
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and recommend platform improvements, automation opportunities and process efficiencies.    
  • Build complex datasets and segments in Simon AI to facilitate cross-channel campaign orchestrations.    
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and platform enhancements.   
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, system configurations and operational procedures.    
  • Understand the best practices for coding within various channels (website, email marketing, accessibility, etc.).    
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for marketing technology platforms, digital experiences and customer engagement systems.    
  • Partner with cybersecurity, privacy and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data protection regulations and organizational policies.

Skills and qualifications:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.    
  • A minimum of 5 years of website development experience.    
  • Expert in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (React, Node, NextJS and Springboot).    
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.    
  • Knowledge of Snowflake.    
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.    
  • Experience working within cross-function marketing and creative teams.    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
