Job overview: 


Schneider is seeking a Operations Specialist in Charlotte to provide support to a divisional office, terminal or customer account. The Operations Specialist will monitor customer systems, complete administrative processes and work with company drivers to achieve customer satisfaction and goals. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to driver phone calls. 
  • Track and report out late loads. 
  • Resolve overdue shipment related issues. 
  • Complete a variety of projects with other associates. 
  • Provide input and feedback to operations leaders.

Skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills.
