Overview

  • Haul dedicated freight on dry van, reefer and flatbed trailers.
  • Assist in various dedicated accounts across the U.S. 
  • Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and bonus potential

  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Stay out incentives available the longer you stay out.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

  • Must be a formed team.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • HazMat endorsement required at time of hire.
  • Doubles/Triples endorsement required at time of hire.
  • Live within 50 miles of Dallas, TX, Gary, IN, Indianapolis, IN or Phoenix, AZ.
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
