Schneider is seeking a Senior Communication Specialist to join our thriving team! You will serve as a tactical resource to help provide information to internal associates in all levels and areas of the organization through existing and emerging communication channels. Foster Schneiders culture, brand and business objectives within the organization through communication.

About the role:

  • Work with Marketing Communications, Technology, Associate Relations and Digital Marketing team to create and manage content on Schneiders internal associate online portals
  • Write, edit and proofread associate-engaging content
  • Publish new content to online portals and manage expiration process of existing content using a web content management system
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Two plus years of relevant experience
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus); video production experience desirable
  • Problem solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work in a diverse and dynamic team
