Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Leader in Green Bay to lead a team of accounts receivable associates who are responsible for the processing of collections. The Accounts Receivable Team Leader will implement processes changes, system improvements and new technologies to help reach business objectives and exceed customer expectations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of associates to drive results, develop process enhancements and improve efficiencies. 
  • Assist with receivables-related issues by providing high quality solutions. 
  • Build strong working relationships with leaders across the organization. 
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations and location related to receivables. 
  • Ensure workflow best practices are followed by the team. 
  • Work with customers to better understand their billing requirements and expectations. 
  • Serve as a liaison for other departments who interact with the accounts receivable team. 
  • Develop efficient processing methods and seek out system improvements. 

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field. 
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable work experience. 
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, including Oracle. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent leadership skills.
