Job Description

Schneider Enterprise Resources, LLC has an opening for an IT Business Intelligence Analyst Sr. in Green Bay, WI.

Design, code, test at multiple system levels (individual, integrated system, performance), implement, and provide advanced support for BI systems, third-party packages, and data warehouses. Apply enterprise software design standards and follow enterprise software design methodologies to effectively code and deliver BI systems. Be an expert in an area of the broad BI toolset (search-and-exploration tools, operational reporting tools, advanced visualization tools, etc.). Recommend best-practices on the toolset for the enterprise. Work with technical teams within group as well as outside group to ensure effective delivery of systems. Provide support to multiple teams within specific areas of expertise. Develop multiple levels of test plans and scripts (individual, system integration, business partner) and execute testing both individually and within testing teams. Perform root cause analysis and fixes for complex product defects. Resolve complex deployment, warranty, and post warranty issues and defects. Develop the capability to act as team lead on projects. Gather business requirements that enable the effective development of solutions that meet business needs. Develop an advanced knowledge and understanding of business requirements and processes to enable advanced solution design that improves business processes. Provide production and/or on-call support as assigned. Perform all duties in a manner consistent with TECHs Agile Mindset and Methodology culture. Telecommuting permitted two days per week.

Job Requirements 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of relevant IT experience.

Must have work experience with:

•Oracle Fusion Middleware including OBIEE, ODI, and BIP.
•Sourcing information from Oracle Application products such as, Siebel, OTM, or EBS as well as custom built application systems.
•Software development life cycle methodologies including agile, iterative, or waterfall.
•BI related principles including Extract, Transform and Load (ETL), data modeling, and data warehousing.
•Relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL).
•Communicating technical information and concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
