Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an HR Business Partner in Green Bay to provide human resources process planning and execution to a group of departments. The HRBP will assist with coaching, leadership development, performance management, associate relations, compensation, organizational design and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with all levels of leadership to ensure alignment with organizational values.
- Advise leaders on the deployment and development of their people.
- Facilitate talent review processes for assigned business segments.
- Coach leaders on effective performance management processes.
- Provide compensation coaching and education to leaders.
- Optimize associate productivity and work processes.
- Consult with leaders on performance and legal issues that affect associates and the organization.
- Collaborate with corporate recruiters to support staffing plans.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Two plus years of human resources or leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Can create a welcoming workplace for associates.
- Able to analyze problems and evaluate data to make well-informed decisions.
- Can adapt to changing conditions and overcome unexpected obstacles.
- Able to identify gaps and develop plans to address them.
