Job overview:    

Schneider is seeking an Enterprise AI Architect in Green Bay to define, enable and advance Schneider’s approach to agentic artificial intelligence. The Enterprise AI Architect will establish architectural patterns, reference designs and governance guardrails that support scalable, secure and responsible AI adoption across the organization.    

Responsibilities:    

  • Own the day-to-day operational management of the agentic AI program.    
  • Define and evolve enterprise agentic AI architectural patterns, standards and future state roadmaps.    
  • Support intake, evaluation and prioritization of AI automation opportunities.    
  • Serve as the primary operational point of coordination for agentic AI initiatives.    
  • Partner with enterprise architecture, security, legal and automation teams to mature AI governance practices.    
  • Work with business, process and product owners to assess AI opportunities and recommend solutions.    
  • Coach solution architects and delivery teams by providing technical leadership.    
  • Support value realization by helping define success measures and business outcomes of AI initiatives.

Skills and qualifications:     

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.    
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.    
  • Deep understanding of agentic AI concepts.    
  • Experience defining enterprise AI reference architectures, design standards and future‑state roadmaps.     
  • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, security controls and risk management practices.     
  • Experience evaluating AI platforms in an enterprise environment.    
  • Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms, cloud-based AI services and data integration patterns.
