Job overview: 

  • Foster collaborative relationships and drive continuous improvements with managed warehouse providers (MWPs) as a Warehouse Administrator in Sparks, NV. 
  • Provide hands-on operational oversight and consultative guidance to ensure alignment between Schneider and MWPs. 
  • Focus on enhancing throughput, service quality and overall warehouse performance. 

    Responsibilities: 
     
  • Make sure MWPs are aligned with Schneider’s operational standards and performance expectations. 
  • Review and approve MWP invoices for financial accuracy. 
  • Act as the point of contact for performance insight, improvement opportunities and alignment with customer requirements. 
  • Conduct safety audits to verify MWP compliance with Schneider’s operational protocols. 
  • Participate in customer calls and meetings, to ensure alignment with evolving service needs. 
  • Identify new solutions for customers. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management. 
  • Collaborate with other teams to source, onboard and integrate MWPs.

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
