Job overview:
- Support warehouse operations through material handling, inventory management and equipment readiness as a Senior Warehouse Materials Handler in Midland.
- Assist with order preparation, coordinate deliveries, maintain equipment records and ensure material availability.
- Assure compliance with all company safety policies, quality standards and operational procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with certification and safety requirements.
- Participate in product-specific training programs and maintain required competency standards.
- Communicate daily updates about operational status to the Workshop Supervisor.
- Be available for on-call activities and support related to field and warehouse operations, as required.
- Inspect equipment, tools and materials prior to use to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.
- Load, unload, store and stage materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse systems, handheld devices or related software to track inventory and job activity, as applicable.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Warehouse experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of oil and gas experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.
- Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, material handling, or field support experience preferred.
