Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Business Support Specialist – Recruiting in Green Bay to serve as a subject matter expert for requisition management and recruiting systems. The Business Support Specialist – Recruiting will ensure hiring needs are supported by managing end-to-end requisition creation, maintenance and data integrity within Schneider’s applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine audits of requisitions and recruiting processes.
- Develop and maintain requisition-related templates and documentation, including sign-on bonus and program-specific information.
- Work with Operations, Recruiting and Marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of hiring needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate communication and workflows between Operations and Recruiting.
- Analyze process flows and recruiting data to identify issues and support continuous process improvement.
- Create reporting, dashboards and tracking tools to support visibility into hiring capacity and compliance.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
