Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Green Bay to support drivers and leaders, with a focus on communication. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with various internal teams and external vendors, contractors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts within Schneider’s contract management system.
- Coordinate and distribute audio and video messages as well as surveys to drivers.
- Handle data gathering, interpreting, formatting and distribution to support operations leaders.
- Add regular updates to the operations department SharePoint site.
- Authorize truck and trailer wash requests.
- Provide administrative support through coordinating meetings, ordering and stocking office supplies and making and distributing copies.
- Prepare presentations and correspondences.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
