Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an Operations Support Representative in Green Bay to provide excellent customer service to both Schneider drivers and customers during non-traditional business hours. The Operations Support Representative will answer calls, track orders and solve driver- and customer-related problems that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for drivers and customers.
- Solve problems to prevent customer delays.
- Provide updates to first shift associates on issues that occurred during non-business hours.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers, drivers and team members.
- Use a wide range of technology to accurately and efficiently complete work.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work non-traditional business hours.
