Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an Account Manager in Green Bay to lead a team that acts as a bridge between Schneider’s Commercial Sales and Customer Service teams. The Account Manager will execute a business plan that ensures its team’s metrics are being met.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor a team of customer service associates.
- Provide an outstanding experience for Schneider’s customers.
- Create a business plan that ensures the achievement of metrics related to revenue, volume and service.
- Support sellers with account business plans and customer visits.
- Analyze and implement improvements to current systems and processes.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Two plus years of transportation or logistics experience.
- Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
