Job overview:
- Act as the subject matter expert for all things parts-related as a Warehouse Clerk in Green Bay.
- Handle all inbound and outbound parts orders for Schneider’s shops and service sites across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Order parts from manufacturers.
- Unload shipments of parts that arrive at the distribution center.
- Answer incoming calls from company shops and Schneider’s Emergency Maintenance team related to parts needs.
- Prepare parts orders to send to company shops.
- Ensure all data accurately reflects inventory transactions.
- Review parts usage to check for overstock and understock.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree, or a minimum of one year of related experience.
- Windows-based computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
