Father's Day has a special meaning at Schneider

Thomas and Tom DiSalvi

As we kick off Father’s Day weekend, those of us who work at Schneider are particularly proud of the father-son legacy that turned a one-truck company in 1935 into an industry leader today.

Schneider became a reality due to a single man Al Schneider who was instrumental in not only his business but family life as well. With the help of his son, Don, the company grew into a multibillion-dollar organization and has created a family and professional culture that continues to help inspire and grow our associates today.

At Schneider, we encourage an environment welcoming to all individuals! We are fortunate enough to have families — mothers, fathers, sons and daughters — work here for our company.

As we celebrate Father’s Day this coming weekend, we want to recognize those fathers out there who have supported their families and have helped encourage their loved ones to grow not only personally but also professionally.

To all the fathers, godfathers and grandfathers out there, particularly those working at Schneider — thank you for all you do. You are truly an inspiration to us all!
