IT Solution Analyst Lead
Schneider Enterprise Resources, LLC has an opening for an IT Solution Analyst Lead in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Use solution design, system analysis, development, quality assurance, and related techniques to develop solutions to requests for complex business requirements and to identify appropriate epics, capabilities, and release plans. Use Schneider’s Agile methodology to lead large and complex application development projects through all phases of work, including communicating with mid-management, conducting performance reviews, providing direction, and influencing outcomes. Collaborate with directors, architects and program management to ensure that overall solutions are in alignment with the enterprise roadmaps. Provide expert-level technical expertise to lead the development of prototypes and functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, test cases, and user testing support. Lead the identification and resolution of gaps in supported business processes and ensure appropriate security and/or authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation. Provide expert-level cross system expertise in the resolution of domain related solution and production problems. Advance individual and team domain knowledge through learning and effectively working with resources from other IT groups, business groups, and vendors in the full software development life cycle as well as working with business teams in the prioritization, planning, and implementation of developed solutions. Lead more junior level staff in the solution analyst domain, which may include providing technical training to lower level resources. Analyze and design criteria for the evaluation and selection of new software packages, conduct effective analysis walkthroughs with peers and vendors, and lead design reviews, deployment, and release plans with technical teams as necessary. Create system test plans, test cases, and execute system test plans and assist in the creation of business and end to end test plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and five years of IT experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and three years of IT experience.
Work experience must have included:
- Applying strategic thinking and maintaining a flexible, adaptive mindset consistent with tech's Agile culture.
- Working on multiple projects that span many areas of an organization.
- Effectively communicating technical information and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences across technical and organizational boundaries.
- Oracle applications.
- Working with Agile Methodology project management.
