Maintenance Sales Assistant

Schneider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Sales Assistant to provide administrative support for used equipment sales activities. You will evaluate sale units to determine correct trade status, grade and price used equipment (trucks and trailers) and coordinate the inventory of sale units. About the role:

  • Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system, sales tracking files and website
  • Provide repair recommendations to the shop depending upon issue, age of unit, condition, etc. for trade units
  • Create timely and accurate reports of order status, specifications, pricing and purchases, sales and inventories
  • Conduct marketing and advertising activities including creating email ads, improving Search Engine Optimization (SEO) results, handling Social media and internet marketing, sales support, and web-based system maintenance.
As an associate you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage between $15.80/hour and $23.60/hour based on experience. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, or communications or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of one year relevant experience, marketing or sales preferred
  • Efficient with MS Office (Word, Excel), and have the ability to learn other software programs
  • Motivated to achieve outcomes and reach goals and work with a sense of urgency toward a desired result
