Spring & Summer 2022 Internship - Talent Acquisition/Human Resources [Start date: January 3, 2022]

You will also get to experience first hand what it is like to work in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources at Schneider. Examples of things you could do as part of your day to day work in this internship:
- Contact candidates to schedule initial telephone interviews
- Register, pay and schedule events for business associates across the Enterprise
- Coordinate and distribute career fair equipment and supplies across the U.S.

Our preferred candidate will:
- Be currently enrolled in college or technical school and have completed your Freshman year
- Pursuing a major relevant to Human Resources
- Have a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or greater
- Be able to work 20-25 hours in the Spring 2022 and 40 hours during the Summer 2022
- Live within 30 miles of Green Bay, Wisconsin
- Obtain analytical and organizational skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work independently and build relationships
