Schneider is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to be responsible for the development and ownership of planning initiatives, data analysis and automation systems that support the business. Additionally, this position is accountable for providing daily governance over decision tools that directly impact revenue and earnings, including all necessary automated system configurations and changes to achieve business goals. 

About the role:

  • Own development, testing, implementation and governance of tools that can be used to automate business support functions.
  • Provide innovative ideas to key stakeholders for iteration of our existing automated systems and data science platforms to reduce our operating cost per order.
  • Assist in the identification of technology and process inefficiencies, present potential solutions and stay informed of advances in technology.
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors Degree or two to four years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Data Modeling, Data Exchange Formats (JSON, XML), Oracle Dashboards/Answers, Tableau, Visual Basic, MS Access, Excel, Power Point, HTML/Css, JavaScript 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong Problem solving and analysis skills
