Tire Account Coordinator II

Schneider is seeking a Tire Program Coordinator to assist our Maintenance Team Leader. You will collaborate with the Team Leader in different functions of running the overall Tire program; involving internal programs as well as the numerous external programs with our main suppliers.  This includes an understating of tire, wheel conditions, and CVSA rules as well as the national accounts programs that includes functionality, invoicing, payment, dispute resolution and dealing effectively with others to obtain results.

About the role:

  • Manage the current yard check program, including tracking and reporting
  • Assist and provide support to the Program Support Specialist 
  • Manage completion of required training programs with our associates in the shop
  • Support and research new innovative tooling/ processes to provide enhancements to our current programs and well as enforce the required tooling repairs/maintenance with suppliers and our operating centers

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A High school diploma or the equivalent of 1-2 years related work experience 
  • The Ability to work with Microsoft Office – Word, Powerpoint and Excel 
  • Effective and efficient oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail skills, and organization
