Schneider is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our talented team! You will be responsible for directing and overseeing the daily management of the Accounts Payable team and processes. This position ensures company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they pertain to accounts payable. You will coach and mentor Accounts Payable associates using an open, interactive leadership style to balance the needs of internal customers with guidelines and policies while delivering exceptional performance in a fun, energetic, and entrepreneurial environment.

About the role:

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the processes related to supplier mastery
  • Evaluate processes and procedures to improve efficiency of associates and expedite workflow
  • Responsible for the completion of all regulatory filings 
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Four plus years of relevant experience
  • Ability to create and sustain a high performance environment through your leadership processes and actions
  • Comprehensive understanding of all laws and regulations that impact Accounts Payable and update leader on changes that may have organizational implications
