Schneider is seeking a Compliance & Investigations Analyst to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing compliance processes and programs. This may include but is not limited to Immigration, Investigations, Ethics Hotline, policy management, poster requirements, notification requirements, wage and hour requirements, associate agreements, and harassment free workplace training. You will work with employment and labor legislation to determine risk. In addition, you will develop action plans to ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and labor legislation.

About the role:

  • Research, coordinate, develop, lead and/or execute assigned Wage and Hour responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations that come in through multiple channels
  • Lead Schneiders Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) training program for the Enterprise
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or a related field; or the equivalent
  • Three years of Employment Law Compliance, Human Resources, or related work experience with a focus on research, compliance, project management, and/or employee relations
  • Knowledge of HR and employment laws
