Schneider is seeking a Compliance and Talent Process Manager to join our thriving team! You will be responsible for the Employment Law Compliance Team as well as the leadership of enterprise talent processes. You will manage the team that monitors, researches, analyzes, and interprets employment and labor legislation to determine applicability and risk. You will work with the team to develop action and implementation plans to ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and labor legislation. This includes leading the approach and initiatives associated with Schneiders performance planning process and associated tools. 

About the role:

  • Coach and develop Employment Law Compliance associates to foster a high-performance work environment and achieve key factors.
  • Lead Schneider's I-9 and E-Verify program, personnel file management processes, and employee agreements for which Employment Law Compliance Team is responsible
  • Lead Schneider's Unemployment Insurance program; ensure an effective UI program, compliant with UI requirements, with clear metrics
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Six years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Previous leadership experience
  • HR certification preferred
