Schneider is seeking a Client Service & Operations Manager for the development and growth of an enduring, professional business relationship with the customer. This will be accomplished through creation of a strategic plan that provides value to both customer and Schneider. The Mgr - Client Service & Operations will be located on-site with a customer and lead an operational team accountable for best-in-class execution of the customers business not only on a day-to-day basis but with an ongoing eye to the future growth of the relationship. 

About the role:

  • Overall accountability for customer experience (service, engagement, responsiveness, ease of doing business, value).
  • In conjunction with Schneider sales and the customer, develop and execute a strategic plan that allows both businesses to grow profitably. This includes business execution to achieve customer Key Performance Indicators 
  • Aggressively seek opportunities to grow the account (deep sell)
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer supply chain in order to identify and sell continuous improvement opportunities that provide value to the customer (supply chain efficiencies to include cost savings and service improvement).
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Four to six years of relevant experience
  • Desire to seek innovative ways to blend ideas from a wide variety of individuals
  • Ability to set clear direction for associates and connect the enterprise vision to their work
  • Effective communication skills to include significant influence skills, resulting in a positive outcome.
